Tu June 16, 2009, 5:00-7:00 p.m., McKamey Animal Center, 4500 N. Access Road, Chattanooga, TN 37415 (tele. 423/425-3750) – Social/fund-raising/educational benefit to benefit McKamey Animal Center. By July 1, 2009 – LCAA pays $1500 YLC scholarship per board vote of 4/01/09. Upon receipt of a written letter request from Leadership Chattanooga, LCAA Board will consider funding a similar scholarship amount for that program.

Agenda also to include presentation of awards, election of 2010 board, recognition of board members whose terms expire 12/31/09, review of 2009 activities, assessment/evaluation of 2009 goals met, 2010 plans, etc. To reduce the time allocated to the business portion of the meeting and in order to provide more time for the keynote speaker, will explore presenting business information through pre-meeting e-mail attachment and in paper handout form during the annual meeting with brief oral reference being made thereto during the meeting.
