Mission Statement

The mission of LCAA is to engage its diverse membership in networking, continued leadership training and opportunities for developing Chattanooga’s future.

The Leadership in Action programs are designed to keep Leadership graduates connected to current events, trends, and issues that directly, or indirectly, impact our community by providing an informal open forum to meet and see leaders from various and sundry different backgrounds breakdown barriers, tackle problems and work on answers to some of today’s biggest social issues while giving participants opportunities to address concerns, ask questions, discuss solutions, and stimulate action.

Board of Directors
